Youth Social
USAA
USAA Bank wanted to grow Youth Spending account sign-ups, but the real audience wasn't the kid. It was the parent, quietly Googling "is my teen ready for a debit card" at 11pm. The catch: parents wanted security, kids wanted freedom, and most parents didn't even feel like the product was for them.
So we flipped the story. This wasn't a kid's account. It was a parent's tool — a way to hand over a little independence without handing over all the risk. Through social videos and statics built for scroll-speed attention, we made one thing land fast: USAA is not just as a bank, but the steward helping parents through one of the more nerve-wracking parts of growing up — theirs and their kid's.
